This balsamic vinegar from Modena can be used as a drizzle on desserts, fresh fruit, or as a treat on yogurt. It also serves well as a marinade or a finishing touch. Our amazing thick Chocolate Dark Balsamic has no added thickener or sweeteners like grocery store balsamic glazes. Our high quality Italian balsamic has a higher percentage of grape must at 80% for a naturally sweeter and thicker balsamic. Top finished dishes with balsamic in the pan, pour over the top of brush on for a perfect glaze. 

No added coloring, artificial flavors, sugar, thickeners or additional ingredients, only natural flavors. It's naturally cooked and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera System in Italy.
