This balsamic vinegar from Modena can be used as a drizzle on aged cheeses, cured meats, and fresh fruit, or as a dessert sauce for vanilla ice cream and raspberries. It also serves well as a marinade or a finishing touch on salmon. Our amazing thick Blackberry Dark Balsamic has no added thickener or sweeteners like grocery store balsamic glazes. Our high quality Italian balsamic has a higher percentage of grape must for a naturally sweeter and thicker balsamic. Top finished dishes with balsamic in the pan, pour over the top of brush on for a perfect glaze. 

No added coloring, artificial flavors, sugar, thickeners or additional ingredients, only natural flavors. It's naturally cooked and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera System in Italy.
