Dark Balsamic Style
- 16 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
- Handful of Cherry Tomatoes or 2 Sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil. chopped or whole
- 3 T Vintage Market & Co Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 T Vintage Market & Co Thick Barrel Aged Traditional Dark Balsamic
White Balsamic Style
- 16 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
- Handful of Cherry Tomatoes or 2 Sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil. chopped or whole
- 3 T Vintage Market & Co Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 T Vintage Market & Co Thick Barrel Aged Traditional White Balsamic
Arrange mozzarella, tomatoes and basil on serving dish, drizzle olive oil and balsamic over the top. Serve immediately.
*Advantage of using white balsamic is often times the mozzarella is left dingy looking after absorbing the dark balsamic, so trading out for the white balsamic solves the problem.
