Dark Balsamic Style

White Balsamic Style

Arrange mozzarella, tomatoes and basil on serving dish, drizzle olive oil and balsamic over the top. Serve immediately.

*Advantage of using white balsamic is often times the mozzarella is left dingy looking after absorbing the dark balsamic, so trading out for the white balsamic solves the problem.
